How can I learn about Bellydancing?

There are many different ways you can learn about bellydancing,  from the privacy of taking online classes to individual or group classes with local and master instructors. Each person has a different comfort level and learning objective. Unfortunately, many times there are women that are curious about trying a bellydance class, but they are too afraid or self-conscious about their age or ability to actually get started.

The Hip Curve Program

The Hip Curve Program was created by Sherena to provide a structured and organized approach to learning about the beautiful art of bellydancing. With over 20 years of experience that includes performing and teaching throughout many different communities in the United States, Sherena created this program with the following goals: 

  • Help women feel comfortable taking that first step into learning about bellydancing

  • Help eliminate misconceptions about bellydancing

  • Help women feel good about themselves and build self confidence

  • Provide a progressive curriculum that is easy to follow yet challenging enough to achieve a solid foundation of the technical aspects of bellydancing

  • Provide such a fun, unique, and awesome workout that you will forget you are even exercising
