Love to Dance? Come learn the Ancient Art of Belly Dance!

Would you like to study with a recognized experienced performer and certified Hip Curve belly dance instructor in Pittsburgh?  Are you ready to take your bellydancing to the next level? Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, these classes will provide the opportunity to learn belly dance technique and drills including travelling combinations, muscle isolation, and fluid movements. In addition to learning to dance, these techniques and drills will provide a fun form of exercise to burn calories and get in shape. No dance experience is required.

 Adult Bellydance Class

This class was designed to provide basic bellydancing technique. Here is what you will learn:

Hip Curve Bellydance Aerobics

This class is designed for people looking for a new and fresh workout class to add to their fitness regimen. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

Low- moderate impact aerobics will be taught to infectious bellydance beats as well as toning exercises for your core. Upper and lower body will be taught. This workout is unlike any you have tried before! Get moving, feel sexy,feel confident, and work new muscles you never you knew you had!
